Hello Everyone,
As we reflect on 2025, our highlights capture a year driven by determination, deep collaboration, and a relentless focus on creating meaningful impact. The momentum was clear: successful in-orbit missions, the award of a TACFI contract, global recognition at SXSW, TechCrunch Disrupt, Space Symposium, and the publication of our research in Nature Scientific Reports.
Looking ahead to 2026, our focus is on scaling Orbitfy across additional missions while deepening both government and commercial partnerships. We are grateful for the continued support and excited to build the next chapter together.
Whether you are a satellite operator, mission partner, end user, or investor, we invite you to join us as we continue building a smarter space compute network and delivering time-sensitive insights when they matter most.
Go Space. Go LPL. Go 2026.
Best,
Bosco & Team

Top 2025 Milestones
Orbitfy in Space: From Tasking to In-Orbit Insights
In collaboration with the U.S. Space Force, we successfully completed end-to-end in-orbit demonstrations of Orbitfy, validating onboard data processing and real-time insight generation. This marks a major step toward delivering actionable space-based insights within minutes.

Advancing OrbitfyNETWORK
OrbitfyNETWORK is the backbone of our multi-constellation infrastructure. This layer is designed to connect partner satellites running Orbitfy, enabling the delivery of on-orbit AI insights. Multiple integrations and deployments are now underway, with six partner missions in 2026.
TACFI Win
Our Tactical Funding Increase (TACFI) proposal was selected by the U.S. Space Force. This funding will accelerate development of our automated tasking and insight delivery capability, along with integration across partner satellites to enable low-latency, cross-constellation tasking.

Little Place Labs Publishes in Nature Scientific Reports
Our team, alongside collaborators from ESA Φ-lab, published our first paper in Nature Scientific Reports introducing PyNAS, a framework for designing compact, efficient neural networks that run directly onboard satellites, advancing autonomous, AI-powered space missions. Read the full paper here.

2025 Wins
A Year of Landmark Accolades
2025 has been a definitive year of recognition marked by major wins on the world’s biggest stages. We kicked off the year by taking home the prize at SXSW in the GovTech, Space & Defense category, followed by TechCrunch Disrupt winning The Aerospace Corporation’s Startup Showcase. These achievements, alongside being recognized at the Space Symposium, the Verizon Disaster Resilience Prize, and the Houston Innovation Awards in Deep Tech, powerfully validate the mission of our Orbitfy platform.

High-Profile Invites & Coverage
We were honored to join world leaders at several high-profile events, from discussing AI-driven disaster response with Mayor Karen Bass in Los Angeles to exploring digital connectivity for global prosperity at the United Nations General Assembly. Bosco also represented our Fire Foresight coalition at The Explorers Club, joining XPRIZE leaders for a CNN-moderated panel on breakthrough technologies addressing the global wildfire crisis.
We were also featured in several publications and recognized for our innovation in deep tech and disaster resilience:
BusinessBecause: How an Executive MBA Prepared Us to Start a Global Space Tech Company
Houston Chronicle: From astronauts to algorithms: Houston companies are betting big on space data
Houston Innovation Award: Little Place Labs named finalist in the 2025 Houston Innovation Awards - Deep Tech category
SatNow: Little Place Labs Named Finalist in 2025 Verizon Disaster Resilience Prize for Space-Based Insights

Leadership & Outreach
We have traveled all over the globe, sharing and presenting our vision at different events and conferences. From SmallSat in Salt Lake City to Fed Supernova in Austin to The European Data Handling & Data Processing Conference (EDHPC) in Elche, Spain, and more. These engagements allowed us to create deep connections with industry leaders, investors, and key collaborators, further solidifying our position at the forefront of the space industry.

Looking Ahead to 2026
As we step into the new year, our focus is on scaling Orbitfy to meet evolving satellite data needs, bringing new product features to market, strengthening partnerships in national security to enhance situational awareness and operational efficiency, and exploring new applications in sectors such as renewable energy, insurance, and commodities. Through continued innovation and growth, we aim to deliver faster, smarter insights and drive meaningful impact across industries.
Thank you for your trust and encouragement. Your insights and collaboration drive us forward every day. We hope you have an inspiring start to the new year. Let’s make 2026 extraordinary!
