Little Place Labs and NOVI Announce In-Orbit Demonstration Agreement for In-Orbit Edge Insights

Houston, TX and Arlington, VA — 17th Feb 2026 — Little Place Labs (LPL) and NOVI Space, Inc. today announced the execution of an agreement to conduct a ground and in-orbit demonstration (IOD) of Little Place Labs’ ORBITFY software on NOVI’s ground and demonstration satellite platforms. 

The IOD will be conducted over the coming months and is intended to establish the operational foundation for deploying ORBITFY on NOVI’s GENIE platform later this year, subject to successful demonstration results, platform availability, and mutual agreement.

As part of its broader product roadmap, Little Place Labs is developing ORBITFY and expanding satellite coverage via partners like NOVI to support near-real-time national security use cases, particularly strategic indications and warning monitoring over airfields, mobile missile activities, and strategic weapons facilities.
